Everything you need to know about billing, overages, and support.
Free has no overage, so traffic above the included 30,000 monthly events requires an upgrade. Paid tiers use their published overage rates, and you can upgrade your plan mid-month.
Plans are billed monthly upfront. You can change your plan at any time; upgrades are prorated immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Metricanic supports the core objects buyers need to move campaign setup: domains, tracking links, routing rules, goals, postbacks, and reporting dimensions. Contact support if you need guided onboarding.
